From signup to first message in three steps

    Create an instance

    Sign up, verify your email and create an instance. You get an idInstance and an apiTokenInstance, shown once.

  2. 02

    Link your phone

    Scan the QR code from WhatsApp, or type the 8 character pairing code if you cannot scan.

  3. 03

    Call the API

    Send with the same request you used before. Receive by webhook or by polling receiveNotification.

The path shape and the JSON for the supported methods match, and Green API's official Node SDK runs against us unmodified. Point your client at the new host, swap the id and token, and send a test message.

Methods we do not support answer with a clear 501 JSON error, never a silent failure. The coverage table lists every one.

Incoming, outgoing and state events pushed to your URL, retried every minute for 24 hours, with an optional Authorization token.

Pull queue

Prefer polling? receiveNotification and deleteNotification behave like the original, and undelivered events persist.

tigerAPI links your number as a WhatsApp Web device. That is not the official WhatsApp Business Platform. WhatsApp can restrict or ban any number it considers spammy, and nobody can promise otherwise.

Questions

Is it really compatible with Green API?

The path shape and JSON match for every method marked supported in the coverage table, and the official Node SDK runs unmodified in our contract tests. Anything we do not support answers with a 501 JSON error.

Will my number get banned?

It can happen with any unofficial connection. We pace sends and block spam-like patterns to lower the risk, but we cannot remove it. Use tigerAPI for conversations people expect, not for bulk marketing.

What happens after the 7 day trial?

After day 7 sending is paused (it answers 402), while receiving and reading keep working for 7 more days so you can pay and resume. After day 14 an unpaid instance is suspended, logged out and deleted.

Can I use more than one number?

Yes. Pay per number: $10 per month each, $100 per year each, or the Agency 5-Pack for $400 per year.

Where is my data?

On servers in Germany. Message logs are kept for 7 days. Access tokens are stored hashed and shown to you once.

How do I pay?

By card through Stripe. Choose monthly, prepay 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, or pay yearly.
